Your website shouldbring in work.
Most sites we’re sent look fine and do nothing. No calls, no forms, and nobody can say why. Usually it’s structural: the site was built around what the owner wanted to say, not what customers type into Google. We start with those searches, build pages that answer them, and keep at it until the phone rings. Same team does the build and the SEO, so there’s nobody else to blame.
01Search comes first
We work out what people search for before anything gets designed. The structure follows that.
02One team, one bill
The people who build the site run the SEO. Nobody gets to blame the other lot.
03Numbers you can check
Reports show calls, forms and the searches behind them. Not impressions.
04You own the lot
Code, domain, content, analytics. In your name from day one.
◆ The problem
A site nobody finds is an expensive brochure.
It usually goes like this. A design firm builds something that looks good. Six months later nothing has come of it, so an SEO firm gets hired to fix the traffic. They open the bonnet and find the structure, the speed and the way the content is organised all working against them. Half your retainer then goes on undoing the first lot's decisions, and both of them blame the other.
That happens because the two jobs got bought separately when they're one job. How the site is put together decides what it can rank for. What it ranks for decides whether anyone sees the design. Split it between two suppliers and the join always shows.
How we do it
- We look up the searches first. What people type, and what your competitors rank for, decides the page list. Then we design.
- Fast pages, clean code. Not an upgrade. It's how we build, because slow sites get dropped.
- Work starts the week you launch. Content, fixes and links. Not three months later when someone remembers.
- Judge us on enquiries. Everything else in the report is there to explain that one number.
◆ What we do
Five things. One job.
◆ How a job runs
Four stages. No mystery.
Find out
What your customers search for, what your competitors already rank for, and whether there's a gap worth chasing. You get it in writing before we design anything.
Build
Fixed scope, fixed price. Pages load fast and are built so Google can read them properly. We test on real phones before anyone mentions a launch date.
Launch
Redirects, tracking and Search Console are checked before the DNS changes. Day one of the new site gives you numbers you can trust instead of a hole in the record.
Keep at it
Content, fixes and links every month. The site you launch with is the worst version of it you'll ever have.

◆ Questions
What people ask us.
If yours isn’t here, ask it. A straight answer costs you nothing and takes us about a day.
Ask a questionBoth. They're the same job. The site gets structured around the searches we're going to chase, so the SEO isn't fighting the build. If you've already got a site you like, we'll audit that and work on it instead of selling you a rebuild you don't need.
Technical fixes can move things within days. New pages chasing commercial searches take three to six months, longer if your trade is crowded. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either bidding on your own business name or selling you traffic that never buys.
Depends on how many pages need writing, and whether you're selling or taking bookings online. We quote a fixed price after a short call. No hourly meter, no extra invoice at the end.
Yes. Code, domain, content, analytics, all in your name. If you leave you take a working site and its whole history with you. Nothing sits on a platform you can't get it off.
Yes, because an assistant names three or four firms where a results page lists ten. If someone asks ChatGPT who to call in your trade, you want to be one of the names it says. Same groundwork as SEO, pointed somewhere else.
