Cookie policy
Most cookie policies are long because the site behind them uses a lot of cookies. This one is short for the opposite reason. There is no login, no basket to remember, no ad tags and no analytics, so there is nothing this site needs to put on your device and nothing it does put there. That is also why you haven’t been shown a consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.

What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to hang on to, so it can recognise the same browser later. Local storage, session storage, tracking pixels and fingerprinting all do a similar job by other means. This page covers the lot, not just cookies.
What this site uses
Nothing. No cookies of ours, none from anybody else, no local or session storage, no pixels, no fingerprinting. Check it yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, look under Application or Storage, and this domain will be empty.
Fonts and other external resources
The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font service, so loading a page doesn’t hand your IP address to another company. No embedded videos, no maps, no chat widget, no social buttons. Every one of those brings its own third-party storage with it.
Server logs are not cookies
The hosting company keeps standard request logs: IP address, page, time, browser. That is covered in the privacy policy. Those are made by the server and nothing gets stored on your device, so consent doesn’t come into it.
If this changes
Adding analytics, a booking system or a hosted contact form would probably bring storage with it. If that happens this page gets updated first, naming what is set, what for, and how long it lasts. If it is not strictly necessary, a consent banner appears before anything is set.
Controlling cookies yourself
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, per site or across the board, under privacy or site data settings. Nothing here depends on storage, so blocking the lot won’t break a single page on this site.
