Work
Most agency case studies can’t be checked. A percentage with nothing to compare it to, a traffic graph with no numbers up the side, a quote from “Dave”. We’d rather show you less of it and have all of it be true, so nothing goes on this page unless the number behind it came out of a client’s own Search Console, analytics or booking system. Below is what we measure every month. The case studies go up as clients clear them.
◆ Case studies
These slots are empty on purpose. A case study goes up when the client has said yes to it and the numbers have come out of their own reporting. Not before.

◆ Measurement
The report is written for the person paying for it, not for another marketer. What we did, what moved, what didn’t, what’s next.
01
Calls and forms
Enquiries that came from search, tracked back to the page and the words typed to find it.
02
Searches and clicks
Straight out of Search Console, split into people who already knew your name and people who didn't. Growth that's only your own brand isn't growth.
03
Where you rank for money words
Positions for the searches that end in a job, shown next to how many people search them. A win on a term nobody types is not a win.
04
Pages indexed
How many of your pages Google has, against how many it should have, with the reason for any gap said out loud.
05
What the assistants say
A fixed set of questions your buyers ask, re-run every month across ChatGPT, Gemini and the rest, recording whether you got named.
06
Speed on real phones
Field data from actual visitors, not a lab score, because the number Google uses is the one your customers generate.

We’ll do the first one free as part of the quote, off your own Search Console rather than some third-party guess at your traffic.
